Responsibilities

• Develop and initiate preventive maintenance plan to cover all facilities in the perimeter, ensure that all plans are well-executed.
• Responsible for Safety, Quality, and productivity of the activities done to maintain functionality of each facility.
• Act as a key person to coordinate with suppliers and contractors under supervision.
• Create activity report regarding the usage of resources and equipment efficiently.
• Drive process improvement initiative to achieve targets.
• Guide and develop individual's competency through development plans, training, coaching, and ensure all individuals are comply to local code and regulations.
• Develops, coordinates, guides and maintains strategic and operational plans in support of company vision, mission, values, and site objectives & targets.
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Reviews objectives to determine the success of the operation. Involves in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
• Plans organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Develops and maintains the annual operating and capital budgets for site operations inconsistent with the company financial plan and guidelines.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensures departmental compliance.
• Assist with managing: space and needs forecasting, planning, design, construction, and renovation of facilities; buildings and building systems operations, maintenance and site services; and capital improvements program.
• Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects, as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, or related field. Certified in Business Administration is preferable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Engineering with hands-on experience in Manufacturing environments with at least 10 years in management level.
• In-depth knowledge of production process, industry, technology, application, and market movement.
• Proficiency in computer literature including Microsoft Office Word/ Excel/ Access.
• Result-Oriented with Can-do attitude able to make a solid judgement under pressure to deliver proper outcome.
• Clear goal and vision to make balance both flexibility and disciplinary to achieve goals.
• Good command in both verbal and written English.
• If able in Chinese will be an advantage.
